Returns and exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you change your mind about an item
Goods purchased but not suitable or no longer required under the distance selling act can be returned for a refund (excluding any shipping costs, which will not be refunded).
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or earrings unless the item is faulty.
If your item is faulty
Please return your item to us for a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your shipping costs and the cost of your return.
Important:For us to be able to refund the cost of your return, please send your faulty item back to us via Royal Mail, second class, signed for delivery.
When you can expect to receive your refund
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
Returns and free promotional items
If you receive a free item with an order you are returning, whether as a buy one get one free offer or when you place an order above a certain value, you must also return your free item.
If you cannot return your free item, the sale value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
